Summary: The Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020 presented major challenges to healthcare providers worldwide. The initial increased demand for Non-Invasive Ventilation lead to unexpected challenges in procurement and delivery of NIV equipment for Covid-19 patients. With the help of volunteers, we were able to adapt CPAP equipment using 3D printing technology to use generic Vitalograph filters and universal tubing in the event of an expected shortage due to the Pandemic.
