A step by step tutorial on how to construct your Creality Ender 3 3D printer from the base kit. Many things are familiar looking about the Ender 3 compared with other Creality models. Unlike its numerical forebear, which featured a cantilever style that left the X-axis rail projecting into thin air, the Creality Ender 3 completes the loop and closes the frame out. The Ender 3 retains its CR-10 vibe, with aluminium extrusions comprising the frame and a single leadscrew driving the Z-axis from the left hand side of the frame. V-slot wheels run along the aluminium extrusions that comprise the Ender 3 frame providing a smooth motion. The Creality Ender 3 features a heated print bed measuring out at 220 x 220 x 250mm.
